Michael R. Seidon
Michael Seidon graduated from Binghamton University with a B.S. in Human Development. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law. At Hofstra, he was named to the Deans’ List as well as a recipient of the Peter S. Kalikow Endowed Law School Scholarship.
Mr. Seidon has been with Levitt LLP since he was in high school. Levitt LLP was one of his first jobs and he has been with the Firm for over a decade. He started as an intern, eventually becoming a Law Clerk before going to law school and being admitted to practice in the State of New York.
Among other noteworthy cases, Mr. Seidon has been involved in some of the Firm’s largest litigations. Including a litigation involving a Fortune 500 corporation, as well as assisted in the matter Kalitta Air, L.L.C. v. Central Texas Airborne Systems Inc. where the client’s potential exposure was $1 billion.
Mr. Seidon is experienced in document review, including highly technical as well as corporate documents. His experience in document review has allowed him to travel the country and participate in cases across multiple jurisdictions. Furthermore, he has assisted in preparing for trials as well as numerous depositions, evidentiary hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
